Using Your Discount Code
To receive your discount, you must enter your level-specific code during checkout. Please do not share your personal code with others (the SUNBEAR code may be shared freely). We verify that each code matches your current level. Orders using a higher-level code than earned will be canceled.
Because our store cannot apply automatic discounts, we rely on an honor system. You are welcome to gift your discounted tea to others; however, all orders must be shipped to your address.
If you forget to enter your code at checkout, please email anursestea@gmail.com, and we will refund the discount amount.

You do not need to create an account to participate in the rewards program.

Every $1.00 spent = 1 point (shipping costs are excluded).

All members begin at Sun Bear Level.

Points will reset to zero if there is no account activity for one year after your last order.

Previous purchases made before joining cannot be applied to your rewards total.
