• We will never share or sell any of your information •

  • All of your profile information, from what you order, to what you used to pay for it, to where it was sent, is completely confidential.  Any and all SMS text messages will be treated the same and any information we obtain from whomever we text with will be kept private and will not be sold, given away or used for any marketing purpose whatsoever.

  • We promise to never use any data for anything other than getting your order to you correctly and on time. It will never be shared or sold to anyone, ever, and will be kept locked within our system for your use only, should you decide to save your address or payment method to your profile, etc.

  • In the extremely unlikely event of a security breach of our systems, you will be notified of its details and extent of damage as soon as we are aware so that you may take necessary measures to protect yourself (i.e. credit card cancellations). A Nurse's Tea will not be liable for any personal or financial damages members of our site incur as a result of a malicious data breach, but we will work with you and law enforcement so that any illegitimate purchases can be reversed and the culprit can be hopefully be tracked / caught.

      • You are prohibited from using anyone else's Log-in ID and password to access this Site;
